The University of Southampton Comedy Society is for anyone who loves performing, writing, directing, producing, or even just laughing. We produce a variety of shows throughout the year and anybody is welcome to join us to learn more about sketches, improv and stand-up, regardless of experience. We also take at least one show, typically stand-up, to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival every August.
Get Involved
During term-time we run free weekly workshops:
Thursdays 7-9pm, Building 58 (Murray), room 1039 – stand up.
Wednesdays 7-9pm, Building 58 (Murray), room 1039 – sketch and improv (alternating).
Everybody is welcome to come along, regardless of experience or confidence level.
